Project features: in Pesaro, the widening of this tunnel assured great advantages for the traffic.ALPI was able to supply in a short time a solution using frameworks of the MECCANO 120 system. The assembly and positioning inside the tunnel was done using hydraulic jacks controlled from a central unit, to move 28,000 kg of assembled MECCANO formwork with extreme ease. The formwork structure was pre-assembled at the ALPI warehouse, modules to be finished on site and the main phases were persecuted by specialist staff. All safety parameters were fully respected, providing a structure complete with walkway brackets and parapet posts.The coordination of the works assured a solid production rate, as required by the contracting authority.
