MIDIALU panel system
Functional and lightweight elements which can even be moved by hand.
The MIDI element consists of a 10 cm thick steel frame, to which a 15 mm multiply panel (100% birch) with phenolic coating on both surfaces is applied - the whole element is 40% lighter than the steel formwork.
This system, which can be asembled both horizontally and vertically, can be handled in one piece even in large units.
MIDIALU panels have a variable width, from 25 cm to 100 cm, and are designed to assure maximum modularity. In this way, the formwork can be perfectly adapted to all sorts of casting, accelerating the formwork up-setting operations..
To join the panels, MIDI and MIDIPLUS clamps are used: simply hit the wedge with a hammer to tighten and align the positioned panels and assure coplanarity.
And, thanks to the corner solutions, there is no limit to the type of application.
