MIDIPLUS formwork is the ideal solution for large surface areas, or where the cast must be done with a minimum number of passing tie rods which also assures better wall planarity.
With a modular range of widths from 20 cm to 240 cm, complete with accessories and available in two series of either 2 or 3 tie rods, the large panel has a 14 cm thick steel frame assembled with a 18 mm (100% birch) multiply panel with phenolic coating on both surfaces. The strength of the steel frame, as well as the construction precision of each element and the easy application of the MIDIPLUS CLAMPS, assure the casting of large areas in short times.

ADVANTAGES:

• Highest surface quality, number of tie-rods is reduced with the consequence of reduced operating costs and speeding up of erecting times

• It has a high resistance value in so far as its strength allows a permissable concreting pressure of 60 kN/m2 in condition of constant pressure or 75 kN/m2 for walls with height of 3 m.

• Like all other ALPI systems, the MIDIPLUS plywood panel can be replaced.

• Regeneration and inspection service is assured by ALPI, to guarantee high quality of its rental products.
